I am number 4 

I Am Number Four (I Am Number Four, in Spanish) is an American science fiction film directed by DJ Caruso and starring Alex Pettyfer, Timothy Olyphant, Teresa Palmer, Dianna Agron, Kevin Durand and Callan McAuliffe. The film is based on the novel I Am Number Four, the first book in a series of six books written by Pittacus Lore (Jobie Hughes and pseudonym of James Frey), and published by HarperCollins. The screenplay was adapted by Al Gough and Miles Millar. Michael Bay produced the film through DreamWorks Studios. It was released on February 18, 2011. 

After his world Lorien, is destroyed by beings from another planet, Mogadore, nine young lóricos with extraordinary legacies, the Garde, hide on Earth. One of them, the fourth group and calling himself John Smith (Alex Pettyfer) discovers that he is not safe: their enemies are on Earth, ended with the previous three, and followed the steps to take to he. To try not to be discovered the young mind with the help of his cepan, a guardian that protects you, Henri (Timothy Olyphant). Always running the two posing as father and son, one night on the beach while swimming in his leg began to glow a circular symbol which was representing the death of the third loriense as many people who were on the beach witnessed the event had to leave the place, the new destination for both is Paradise, a small town in Ohio where John meets the young Sarah (Dianna Agron), for the soon begins to feel an attraction, also a solitary Sam which together with his missing father sought clues and investigating alien, one day during class John's hands begin to glow and immediately exits the room to hide in a closet where Henri is going to look and explains that is the beginning of their legacies.
